Okay so I just watched all the Lucas and Peyton scenes from the pilot, and it's so obvious that they were designed to be together. After watching that again, it's really hard for me to see how people can think otherwise! I love the way Lucas is so blatantly in love with Peyton and kind of intimidated by her. It's just the cutest thing ever to watch. Watching LP scenes from season 1 and then some from season 5 straight after is also really interesting.
