I have read all three books and loved them. I have also read Stieg Larsson's biography, to understand them.
Only then have I watched the movies.
To be honest, I was afraid of being disappointed. Some say I am hard to please when it comes to movies adapted after books. That may be so, but unlike some I am ok with letting out plot details and minor characters, as long as there are no bizarre illogical twists or plot holes.
