Yes, losing your heart's desire is tragic. But gaining your heart's desire? That's all you can hope for. This year I wished for love... to immerse myself in someone else and to wake a heart long afraid to feel. My wish was granted. And if having that is tragic, then give me tragedy. Because I wouldn't give it back for the world....♥

"I just can't believe what a creep he turned out to be, you know? And I just let him waltz into my house like 'Hey, I'm a crazy psycho, can I come in?' and I'm all like 'Yeah sure, you wanna see my bedroom?!'"
Lol, I just love this scene :P

“At first, the audience rejected her character because, well, she was mean to our hero (Lucas), but she’s also pretty and popular. That’s [was] our challenge, because she [was designed as, and became] the moral center of the show.” - Mark Schawhn

She is AMAZING!!! Honestly. I've watched through season 6 so far and don't how how ANYONE could hate this girl. She's stunning <33

Peyton is such an inspiration to me. She went through so much in her life and was still able to be an amazing person at the end of it all. I mean, she survived so much heartache, a bullet wound, a psycho, a dangerous pregnancy, etc. and she came out stronger in the end.
This is why she is, and always will be, my favorite character of all time. Her haters are missing out on an amazing character, and I'm sorry that they can't see that.

”My character is a good girl, but she is also kind of (sexually) suggestive. This is definitely not your mom’s drama. This is going to be very realistic. This really interesting girl. Her name is Peyton. And she’s very contradictory. Yes, she is captain of the cheerleading squad. But she also goes home and listens to punk music. She’s into really dark art and probably rips the heads off of Barbie dolls.

Basically, she’s a train wreck. But I’m so glad [that someone was] putting a girl like her on TV. You don’t have to be one thing. Peyton has made that OK.” -Hilarie Burtonover a year ago
Hi! :) a huge Peyton fan here <3 I love her, I'm watching season 6 of OTH and knowing that in the next seasons she won't be there... *sniffs* I hate when people say that she always pretend to be the victim, with all the Leyton/Brucas thing... -.- But I love her with all my heart <333 xx

So since I got my die-hard medal, I've decided it's time to make some new Peyton icons! Working on a batch of icons from 1x01 & then tomorrow I'll continue working my way through the episodes!

How did you guys like all of the Peyton/Leyton bashing on the new OTH episode? I am soooo sick of them either acting like Peyton/Lucas/Sawyer don't exsist or in this case making them so shallow! We've waited so long for a mention of Leyton, and everytime they mentioned them it was so unflattering. Brooke talking about forgiving Lucas but never forgetting and the whole thing to Haley about if Peyton was there she would be the maid of honor, but since she's not Haley is.....grr!!!!

"At this moment there are 6,470,818,671 people in the world. Some are running scared. Some are coming home. Some tell lies to make it through the day. Others are just not facing the truth. Some are evil men, at war with good. And some are good, struggling with evil. Six billion people in the world, six billion souls. And sometimes... all you need is one."
