And then Arthur will ascend to the throne...and possible marry Gwen...hence ending the show....SO MY POINT BEING
I hope it's S5 because We will get More Merlin, because I have no idea how long Merlin will go on

i'm hoping as soon as possible! then arthur will have to step up and fix the damage that was done as well as coming to terms with what is truly right and wrong and not just what he was told.

I think that Morgana (and Mogause) will in the season premeire return to Camelot and get revenge over Merlin and try to kill Uther again. BUT she will not succeed, Merlin will stop her, seen as she has not her full powers, perhaps she will discover he has magic?
I think that Season 3 will end in an explosive finale with Morgana and Morgause succeding in killing Uther and Arthur claiming the throne, giving him season 4 to change the kingdom. When he will know about Merlins magic, i don't know, but sometime when Uther is dead. I beleive that Merlin will tell Arthur himself.

Whenever the show will end (which i hope is no time soon) as the whole show is about Arthur BEFORE he has matured enough to become king. And the only way he can do that (as we all know), is when Uthers dead. I can't really think of anything to do after that event as it will have to stick to the legend. It also wouldn't be origanal 'coz so many shows have done that before! Bradley would also have to have a few more years behind him before he can become king.

I read a article that was about an interview with Johnny Capps- he said that he had plans for the show to run for 5 years. Whether thats now 3 more years or really is 5 more years, well, I have know idea. Lets hope we can get up to Series 7 (or MORE)! Fingures crossed!

I do not think that the scenarist will kill Uther so early. I think his death may be in the fourth season. I'm sure the scenarist still has somethings to do about Uther.

i don't really know but when uther dies the show will probebley end so lets hope it's no time soon! :)

Considering this show is about Arthur and Merlin before Arthur becomes king, I don't think it will be until the show completely finishes.

Well, the show ends at Series 5, so maybe then.

I think that Morgana's gonna keep up her fake loving act for the whole season and then Merlin and Arthur are gonna realise that she's been working as a double agent and that she might try to kill the king, but they'll be too late and Uther will be killed in the season finale by Morgana and then she'll dissapeare again to become a priestess or what have you. I hope that we get at least two seasons of Arthur as king (even though that will mean me crying with Merlin at Arthur and Gwen's marriage ;(

I think it's going to happen this series because of the way things are going now and *spoiler* Morgana is not keeping this good girl act up for much longer...she will rule and *big spoiler* it is said that one character will exit permanantly (presumbley death) and another will become more of a drop in character so I think Uther will be the permanant exit but i really don't want Uther to die because Anthony Head is...Amazing <3
