From Emma:

I had the most amazing day in Malawi today.

Thank you President Mutharika for being a #HeForShe Impact Champion and for making gender equality a priority in your Government! Thank you to all the traditional leaders who are implementing President Mutharika's policies - especially Chief Kachindamoto (she’s in the photo with me, she’s formidable and has been nicknamed “The Terminator”!). She gave me such a warm welcome today. She has implemented the annulment of so many child marriages and restored the futures of these girls. With the help and collaboration of her local...

Emma's interview:

After Nicole Kidman and Rachel Weisz, Emma Watson is the new "Amenábar girl". The actress, born by chance in Paris on April 15, 1990, but British from head to toe, is the key element of Regression. Even though everyone knows her as Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter saga, the truth is that Emma has left that character behind her some time ago. Now she’s one of the most sought after young actresses and, has managed to make that complicated leap for so many, which is moving from child star to just a star.

In that way she’s like Natalie Portman and what Julia Roberts said...

Emma, Claire Julien, Taissa Farmiga, Katie Chang, and Israel Broussard were interviewed by Josh Horowitz.

Emma: I had Claire printing out, like, LA slang sheets for me, and then try to translate, because I didn't know like "I'm down" or "that's so chill".

Taissa: We met a week before shooting and we had some scheduled bonding time to get to know each other.
Israel: Emma, during that week, you lost your wallet, didn't you?
Emma: So much drama shooting this movie. Yeah, we went shopping and someone stole my wallet, so that was fun. Maybe that's karma for my fake self.

Josh: Who would be the leader...

In an interview with Red Carpet News, Beauty and the Beast director Bill Condon talked about filming and the casting of Emma Watson.

“It’s exciting, we’re into our first month of shooting. It’s just been every day, to be on these huge sets that represent the Beasts castle, to see these musical numbers, we’re all pinching ourselves. It’s just been a very exciting, very kind of realistic telling of that story.” He said about Emma, “Oh my God, I think she’s going to blow everybody away. We’ve already done two of her musical numbers. She’s a beautiful singer, a wonderful dancer. She’s become one for this movie, she’s just one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met, and she’s really doing a beautiful job so far.”

link listed Hollywood's 50 Favorite Female Characters.

For THR's latest intra-industry poll, the editors asked Hollywood professionals — actors, writers, directors and others — to take an online survey of their favorite fictional female characters. More than 1,800 participated — twice as many women as men — but the results proved there isn't such a great divide between the sexes after all, at least when it comes to what types of females we enjoy watching on screens. By comfortable majorities, both genders picked a certain Hogwarts know-it-all as their No. 1.

If there will ever be a textbook titled “How to Keep Your Career Alive and Well After Starring in the Harry Potter Series.’
Emma Watson will probably be the one to write it. After being a highlight in the wonderful ‘The Perks of Being a Wallflower,’ the former Hermione Granger will soon be seen in Sofia Coppola’s ‘The Bling Ring.’

You can check out some new photos from the film below.

As seen in the trailer, ‘The Bling Ring’ is based on the true story on a group of girls who tracked down the addresses of movie stars and celebrities and robbed them.

She Think That Twilight Is Sellings Sex (And I Agree With That !)

She Told It In A Interview When She Was Talking About The ''Hermione-Ron Kiss'' =

"This kiss between Hermione and Ron is highly anticipated, it's been building up for eight films now. And Harry Potter is not Twilight, you know; we're not selling sex.”

Harry Potter and Twilight Are Both Made For Teens (Excuses for all the other people who look at it), But You Can See That HP is Way more respectful, magic and it's not all about a love story, about kisses, having sex and so much more...
The Hermione and Ron love was not something...

Are we going to exclaim, “Wow, Emma Watson can really sing!”
Bill Condon [director]: Yes! She sort of had to and wanted to prove she could do it. She had always loved singing, but in those years of doing Harry Potter she hadn't done it. She got her voice back in shape, took lessons and then there it was! This beautiful, sweet, pure sound that she has. It is interesting.
We don't usually think about movie stars being able to sing, and then they do it. Some people's voices just reveal something about themselves and seem like the essence of them. Emma is one of those people, there's a natural...

Translated by Watsonuncensored. (Thank you so much)

The British actress Emma Watson has become a model for many young women. In an interview with FR, she explains how she found herself and has overcome the hype after the Harry Potter films.

For at least a generation of moviegoers, Emma Watson will probably always remain Hermione Granger, the best friend of Harry Potter. She tried to distance herself from this image, and unlike many other child-stars, she was definitely successful. In her new film Colonia Dignidad, she plays a young woman in the Chile of 1973, in the turmoil of General...

The rapper Kid Cudi wrote a song about Emma, called 'Young Lady'.

The lyrics:

In my head your smile appears clear
Wish it wasn't my imagination
But in a way was a dream
Your eyes they tell it all, called it
Hope you got a good heart,
And you're smart
You got a good head on your shoulders
That's what turns a nigga on, strong
Feelings that I have you'll probably never
Find out ever
I'll admire from afar, star
Keep doing all the great things you're doing
You got it going on, young lady

Jesus Christ, girl!
You got it goin' on, young lady

How'd you get so fuckin' cool?

Throughout her 15-year acting career, Emma Watson has probably been interviewed thousands of times. But on Wednesday, the Ivy League–educated actress and U.N. Women Goodwill Ambassador had the opportunity to actually ask the questions, and not just to another Hollywood player, but to Malala Yousafzai, the 18-year-old Pakistani activist for female education who, last year, became the youngest-ever Nobel Prize laureate. Although the two have completely different backgrounds, Watson and Yousafzai proved to be the perfect conversational match, as both are young, eloquent activists who have delivered...

Emma Watson began her HeForShe campaign with a moving speech, and she's continued to work to stop inequality since - but not everyone's a fan this time.

she is facing online backlash after claiming “some of the best feminists I have encountered are men”.
The Harry Potter star launched the HeForShe campaign, which aims to promote gender equality, at the UN last September, and while she's been inundated with support ever since outlining her plans - her recent comments have been hit with criticism by some.

"Dear OSS,

This month I am choosing a book which I confess I have already read. It is so brilliant though. It deserves to be read more than once.

Maybe you read Caitlin’s article in my Esquire guest edit this month ("12 Things About Being A Woman That Women Won’t Tell You")… Maybe you’ve seen some of the hype about her new book Moranifesto... Either way, she is an English hero of mine who I think you need to know. On a side note, this book also appears to have been translated into lots of languages and should be reasonably easy to get hold of.

You’ve probably guessed it by now,...

As you've probably heard by now (or seen if you went to a midnight or 3 a.m. showing last night), "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" features the most intense make-out scene of the series between—surprise, surprise—Harry Potter and his BFF Hermione Granger. We won't ruin too many of the details surrounding the kiss, but let's just say all you fans hoping this means Harry and Hermione end up together in the end won't exactly be getting your way.

It wasn't until the day before Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson were supposed to shoot the scene that they found out that they would...
