No offence to Maria7Potter but I don't think that icon deserves to win, because it doesn't fit the theme -- it's breaking the rules. Just not really fair, in my opinion. :/

^^ Yeah, in the original pick there were a couple of icons, that had color not only on the outfit. I decided to allow that, first because there were a couple of icons like that, and second because I think people worked hard to make them. That's why I allowed them :)
