Can somebody give me a summary of what happened in the books?

I know Destined comes out in May, and I am really excited to read it. Its just that, its been so long since I have read the last one. I kinda forget what happened and whats going on now. Can somebody just tell me whats happening now, so I can remember more. Like, which guy is she with now? Just so I am not completely confused while reading Destined.
