I know you can nominate up to 10 people since I made that rule, but really a lot of the people who were active this month have already won, and I really don't like nominating people who have already won because everyone deserves a chance to be it. So sorry if I didn't nominate you it's nothing personal I just think everyone deserves a chance

As you know I keep nomination counts for a years time, so during that time nominations for a winning person will not count because they already won, but that rule will go into effect for the poll so if you put a person who has already won they will not go into the poll so everyone has an equal chance to win this honor of being Fan Of The Month,So I hope everyone is okay with this
