No all feelings stefan had for her werent real after she revealed herself to him. She manipulated him into loving her and to not tell anyone about her secret. He felt betrayed by her and when the pieces of what happened before he turned came back to him, he felt he should have never trusted her. His love for her was through pure manipulation, playing by her rules and taking away his free will.

I think that he does feel for her, but no longer in the way that he felt for her in 1864. I think that he has really worked out all of the wholes in the story and that he can't possibly think of any reason to love her in the way that he now love Elena.

The way I see it is this:
does Stefan care about Katherine atleast a little? possibly (sometimes I think probably)
does stefan still love Katherine? no.
does Stefan hate Katherine? yes
I also think that in her own way Katherine probably does still love Stefan. However, he is ion love with Elena, and Katherine admitted that she always looks out for herself first, which, in that world, means that noone around her is safe.

i think he still has feelings for her because he never dealt for his feeling about katherine he just didn't think about it. unresolved feelings.
