How come in the tv show Damon has not been trying to get Elena to like him anymore I mean he should give up that easy on her does anyone no if he even still loves her or is he just gona ive up cus in the last...

I've been asking the same question, my friend. I mean, I don't think he's all together given up...at least, I don't think he has. Because isn't a pretty huge thing in the books is Elena finding herself conflicted by the fact that she has feelings for both of them? I know the show isn't anything like the books, but the writers wouldn't leave THAT out. If you look at every picture of the show, aren't most of them just Damon, Elena and Stefan? That sounds like something must be going on.
I get what you mean about why they just sorta dropped the whole romance thing between them. But they have to pick it up sometime soon! I hope. Or they will be disappointed the majority of their viewers.

Damon doesn't seem like the kind of vamp that gives up so easily, especially with someone he really wants. I think Elena will change Damon, she is a soft person from the heart. I think Damon will do anything to win that heart. Stephan was really torn apart when they had to end their relationship. Elena has to find herself again before anything else. She is stronger than she knows.

damon really loves her and in the books although he says it alot he never says it to her. I think damon has realised that she loves stefan and he cant have her but he will still love her forever
