1. Stefan with Katherine. She's the best option for Stefan. They're perfect<3
2. Stefan with Rebekah - I like the flashbacks, even though she seemed like a total whore, but I can't support these two in the long run nor with this Stefan. She liked full on 'Ripper' Stefan. By the time he goes dark and climbs back out he'll have a balance to himself but it won't be ripper Stefan.
3. Stefan with Caroline - I approve of these two only if Katherine is dead, and it's season six or later.

Stefan and Elena aren't even an option. I can't believe people still ship Stefan/Elena even though he has a better story/depth/chemistry with everybody else on this list, and SE have none of that. I'm glad to see the numbers diminishing though, people are finally getting it ;]
