Okay so how about we put ideas together.
We can use mine and horse's ideas. Percabeth are getting married Annabeth gets captured by tarturaus, and the Kronos tries to reform and let's the secret out, he destroys the mist.

Or no better, it's all part of tarturus' plan to take over Olympus and he's the one who breaks the mist(if you can do that) and kidnaps Annabeth. No kronos or Gaea since they tried already.

Chapter one
Percy

"So, what do you think," I eagerly asked Piper.

I was holding out an engagement ring for her to see. I was facing the door and Piper was looking at me, so of course she didn't see when Jason came in.

"Oh, Gods, Percy. It's beautiful. I don't know what to say," Piper said studying the ring carefully.

"Just say yes," I said. Piper gave me a confused look, and The look on Jason's face was priceless.

"What the HE—" Jason started and I burst out laughing before he could finish his sentence.

Piper looked at Jason and then at me raising an eyebrow.

"Sorry," I apologized, putting my hands up in surrender, "I couldn't help it, you should've seen his face,"

Piper slowly smiled looking back at Jason who looked really pissed off.

"Jason," Piper said slowly,"You shouldn't get mad at Percy 'cause  then you won't be the best man,"

"WHAT—"

I chuckled, "Piper, she hasn't even said yes,"

"But she will you guys are perfect for each other," Piper stopped at thought for a moment, "Oh, Gods, I sound like my siblings, and mom,"

"Wait, let me get this straight, you two aren't getting married," Jason said.

"No." Piper and I both said at the same time.

"Oh, well then good luck with Annabeth, Percy,"

I sighed, "By the time I ask her everyone but her is gonna know,"

Piper laughed as she gave me a hug, "Yeah, and that's why you should hurry, Perce,"

"Wish me luck," I said

"Good luck," they both said.

I ran to the beach where I had agreed to see Annabeth. I ran down and saw her sitting in the sand.

"Hey, seaweed brain," she said giving me a cute smile.

This is it, I thought.

I planned, practiced.

HADES, I even asked Piper for advice, because this was the moment I was going to ask Annabeth to marry me.

Everything was perfect  until I got there.
