Well there are the Jefferson Starships (you might remember they were called that by Dean in season 6, episode 'Mommy Dearest'). In that episode, Sam, Dean and Bobby encountered Jefferson Starships, and I remember one of them had vampire fangs and a spike of a Wraith. So Jefferson Starships are hybrids, and can even shapeshift.
Maybe they can be half anything, maybe some are half shapeshifters and half vampires. I don't remember any vampires that shapeshift, but I remember the JS, that's all I know, hopefully if someone has heard of them they'll say it. :)
