I only ever cried twice (because I'm an insensitive bastard - lol jokes) at that was:
1) Abandon All Hope, when Jo and Ellen die
and 2)Swan Song, where Sam is in Hell and Dean just has nothing left, and he goes to Lisa and Ben and breaks down :'(
But I hadn't cried before Season5, weirdly... O.o

4.The present exchange scene
5. every time there's ANY emotional moments between Sam and Dean :)

oh, and i just thought of another one, when sam and dean are fighting, and dean is on the ground and sam's about to leave, and dean says "If you walk out that door don't you ever come back!"... and he WALKS OUT THE DOOR!! :(
oh, how could i forget the season 5 finale when Sam (lucifer) is bashing dean, and dean's face is all screwed up and he says, "It's okay, I'm here, I'm not gonna leave you." !!! :(

everytime dean crys all the fan girl cry every time he laughs we laugh and every time he makes a smart ass comment we all smirk
