No I couldn't do it I wouldn't be able to kill the sexy beast that is Dean Winchester I would probably let the world down but at least Dean would still be alive
As someone who knows psychology I'd say; that's like asking is it okay to sacrifice the individual to save the mass? I'd say no of course, 'cause if the individual has no value, then what does?
As a Supernatural fan an as someone who can't choose between being a Sam or Dean girl...(or Cas girl of course)

Weird, this reminds me of conversations with one of my best friends who took psychology, anyway, very true, and I totally agree!
As a human being with the knowledge that they have done nothing to deserve it, no. As someone who may or may not (definitely is) way too obsessed with them, without a doubt I would not be able to. But it goes back to what Chaann94 said and what I think the writers of SPN were trying to get at when Dean/Sam/Cas chose Team Free Will in order to save as many people as possible. If you take away the value of a single individual life, then why should the life of the masses matter anymore, after all the masses are made up of a bunch of single, individual lives?

As a big supernatural fan I'm saying No, because they risk with they live for our good. Where will be meaning of they death, they wil help to get this all in good way anyway, and save the day again.
If i was a hunter and the world depended on sam and dean's death NO WAY would I kill them. Im sure if the three of us put our heads together we could come up with another way of saving the world and certainly isnt going to be by killing them.
if i were to kill sam or dean they would just come back to life some how like every other time they have died so i don't know how you could keep them dead

Good point! Maybe if you knew them well, you'd know their history well enough to almost guess that something will bring them back.
Wow, this question is making me think of BTVS......
I'm gonna go against everyone else who's already answered this question, and say yes. If the world depended upon it, wouldn't it be likely that they and you would die along with the rest of the world even if you spared them? I'm fairly certain I'd hate myself for it, though. And imagine facing the surviving brother, if you only had to kill one....
