Sexie (Mark and Lexie) Question

What do you think about this interview Q and A?

TVGuide.com: For all those Mark-Lexie fans, will the season end for them on a high note or a low one?
Leigh: Oh, it'll end on a high note. It is definitely good.

I was thinking, that maybe the suppose to be final scene for Mark and Lexie got left on the cutting room floor. I definitely didn't think they ended, "on a high note. It is definitely good."

aw, they probably did. You know there was that one promo pictures they had of Mark and Lexie in the bar together acting all cute, but that got cut out, but you never know I guess.
