You go to your profile, click "clubs" at the top ( it's next to "profiles") and find the club you want to un-join. Once you've found the club, it should say "unsubscribe" in red letters right under it. Click that. Then, it will say "Are you sure you want to unsubscribe from this club?" Then, just click "yes". But are you sure you want to unsubscribe from this AMAZING club??
