There were some spoiler pics with her in a wheelchair, so she's not gonna die. But we're just not positive if she's gonna be temporarily or permanently paralyzed (hopefully, it's temporarily).

People should think about what would happen if Quinn died. Quinn is one of the MAIN CHARACTERS in Glee, and is a fan favorite, she has been since season 1, and a lot of people can relate to her on the need to be popular, being torn between being cool and being yourself. Even Ryan Murphy wouldn't go so far as to kill Quinn. Glee would lose WAY TOO MANY FANS if she died to still be able to run, and then it'd be OVER!!! So Quinn will not die. :)
