I wouldn't make Pikachu, he might does what he does in SSBB when you set him to level 9, Nasty. He thrashes you around, zaps you to death and always wins the fight to the smash ball! That is why I prefer Pikachu happy, you should make pokemon happy

When it's mad it looks like it's going to use Thunderbolt, Thunder, or Thundershock.
