who is the best at beting the heck out of every other charater

scorpion is but thatz the best original character but kreate a character is the best character if u know ur moves its a different thing

Umm i use Mileena most of the time and i win most everything. The first time i ever played i beat veryone cept Onaga. But i always beat him when i play now.

I think Quan-chi or Scorpion. b cuz they're the strongest, DUH and may b even Sonya or Sektor.

I dunno. Id say Raiden, just because in the video game I never die and I beat my friend, whos had the video game for three years, and my dad, who is the video game master.
