Yes, there are, but most of them are in faraway places. It's just pure luck that there's one near me at all! I suppose there is still amazon.com, but they can be pretty expensive,
I did years ago when you could buy chocolate frogs. I think I might have managed to collect all the cards too (I think there were about 20 in total? Need to recheck my collection). They don't make them anymore though, at least not where I live.
