We don't actually find out. In the books, their deaths are only revealed when Harry sees their bodies next to Fred's. Some fans claim that Dolohov killed both, or Dolohov killed Remus while Bellatrix killed Tonks. I don't know where they get the idea from though, or if they've anything to back it up.

I'm pretty sure they die in the last movie when everyone's fighting against Voldomart and his army... When people are bringing in people who are dead or hurt you see them laying on stretchers holding hands with their eyes closed.
