For three of them the patronus should be the same as their animagi form, so a stag for James, a dog for Sirius and a rat for Pettigrew. I'm not sure for Lupin, but possibly his werewolf form. It was implied that Tonks' patronus had changed to match his.

No, Tonks' Patronus changed to match HIM, not his Patronus. A Patronus is supposed to be achanneling of happiness, and Lupin definitely wasn't happy being a werewolf, so that could not have been his Patronus. In fact, his worst fear had something to do with him being a werewolf (his boggart was a full moon.)
