Do You Think Harry Potter Fits This Criteria?

Okay, I know I have asked before about the whole Harry Potter becoming a classic thing, and from the time I asked that till now, I've learned a lot about what makes a classic. I found this, and I thought Harry Potter fit most (except for 12 and maybe one or two others) and was wondering about you guys' opinion (I don't think "you guys'" was even English, but that's off topic).

And sorry for those who are annoyed by this question, because I'm probably going to post more about the whole Harry Potter becoming a classic thing, and add more information to our knowledge of the whole Harry Potter becoming a classic thing (I've said that about a hundred times by now. I think that's it's official name).
