Comparison between the movies: PS/SS and DHp2.

Has anyone noticed when they show the flash back to where Lily Potter dies in DHp2 she has on a blue dress type thing, but in PS/SS she has on a black turtle neck and jeans??

Shouldn't she have on the same clothes? I mean it is the same death, she didn't die at 2 different times.

There's a lot of inconsistencies. Another one is Lily is holding Harry when Voldemort comes up the stairs in PS/SS. She's holding Harry when Voldemort blasts the door open. Harry is sitting on the floor when Voldemort tries to kill him. But, in DH2, Harry is the in crib and Lily is talking to him before Voldemort shows up (which, if she had enough time to talk to him, I don't understand why she didn't leave?). And Harry is in the crib when Severus arrives, after Lily's dead.
