does any1 know 4 sure if J.K Rowling will be writing a 8th book of Harry Potter? i hope she does

J.K. Rowling did say that she was going to release an encyclopedia sometime. This could be be somewhat story-like since she said that the encyclopedia would possibly have details on the fates of characters that the stories left out.

Well, from what I've heard. J.K. was thinking or is in the process of writing a 'prequel'. When James and Lily were alive. I think that might happen, I'm not fully sure. I hope she does thought, that would be brilliant.

From what I understand, Jo will not be adding to the HP series. With writing the 7th book, she has closed on a part of her life and is ready to move on to something else. But never say never. She has already started to write another series of books but is not giving any more details than that.

Not from Harrys point of view atleast ... shes thinking of rewriting the series or mabe just one or 2 books from someone elses perspective. but nothing confirmed its more or less a rumor.
