Why would he grow wings? He greatly enjoys flying on a broom (and he's good at it). Plus, as Voldemort and Severus showed us a great many times, wizards don't even need wings or a broom to fly.
Besides, he's not a metamorphagus or an anigmagus. I don't even think it's possible for normal wizards to change their appearance like that.
Krums case was different. There's a big difference between gills (which Harry got by eating Gillyweed) and wings, which requires pretty much all the bones, muscles, and veins in a persons back to be completely changes around. Not to mention that Krum is a lot older than Harry, and knows more spells than Harry.
lols. uhmm.. first of he is a wizard. secondly he is not a freakin angel... so no i seriously dont think angel wings would be a good idea. (no offense or anything)

I don't think angel wings are quite right, but they could at least enchant something a bit more comfortable...

they use cushioning charm for the broom. it's not like they can't make it more comfortable just because it's look like a broom. there is flying carpet, but it's rare in Britain.
Angel Wings are pathetic obviously he would look very stupid if he did and he would have died if he died if he hadn't of learn't how to ride a broomstick or how to be a seeker and in the last film if he had angel wings, they would have burned.

Witches/Wizards use broomsticks. I'm sure J.K. Rowling wanted to stick as close to the mythology of the wizarding world as possible...anyway he wouldn't look right with angel wings.
dear serpent_z, thatn what's your point? you want to know if wizard have any other way to fly beside broom? than the answer is yes. if you want to know if they can transfigure themselves with wing? maybe, but it's rather useless when you can just transform into eagle. human with wing are not practical unless you are veela in which case is different species altogether. and Snape has found a way for wizard to fly without broom. remember DH scene when they destroy the bridge? that's cool.
Okay to set the record strait! Yes I did ask is there anothere way to fly! But that dosn't mean I claim Harry is an angel! No! I did not! Seriosly! You say that wings on a person especially on a guy looks stupid! And supposely a guy riding a broom stick looks cool? I know 500,000,000 who desagre! Acually I know some people who whould rather pick a AH-64 Apache or a F-22 Raptor over a broom! Even a Wyvern!
Well, Harry is quite good on a broom, and Angel Wings would just look weird on him, since he's a boy. He wasn't taught to conjure angel wings out of nowhere and fly with them. In DH P2, in the room of requirement, if Harry used angel wings, he probably would've died. And Harry's the boy who LIVED, not the boy who DIED.
