1. Albus Dumbledore - hmm tough but I'd have to say "To the well organized mind, death is but the next great adventure" or "It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities"
2. Hermione Granger - "Me! Books! And cleverness! There are more important things--friendship and bravery and--oh Harry--be careful!"
3. Severus Snape - "Yes, it is easy to see that nearly six years of magical education have not been wasted on you, Potter. 'Ghosts are transparent." Or the classic "Always"
4. Luna Lovegood - "I've never stunned anyone except in our D.A. lessons. That was noisier than I thought it would be"
5. Sirius Black - "This is how it is - this is why you're not in the Order - you don't understand - there are things worth dying for!" or "If you want to know what a man's like, take a look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals."
6.Remus Lupin - "I'm sorry too. Sorry I will never know him...but he will know why I died and I hope he will understand I was trying to make a world in which he could live a happier life. "
7. Minerva McGonagall - "Well, usally when a person shakes their head, they mean 'no.' So unless Miss Edgecombe is using a form of sign language as yet unknown to humans --"
8. Oliver Wood - "Bad news, Harry. I've just been to see Professor McGonagall about the Firebolt. She – er got a bit shirty with me. Told me I'd got my priorities wrong. Seemed to think I cared more about winning the Cup than I do about staying alive. Just because I told her I didn't care if it threw you off, as long as you caught the Snitch first."
9. Ginny Weasley - "But you've been too busy saving the Wizarding world. Well ... I can't say I'm surprised. I knew this would happen in the end. I knew you wouldn't be happy unless you were hunting Voldemort. Maybe that's why I like you so much."
10. Lily Evans -"Messing up your hair because you think it looks cool to look like you've just gotten off your broomstick, showing off with that stupid Snitch, walking down corridors and hexing anyone who annoys you just because you can -- I'm surprised your broomstick can get off the ground with that fat head on it. You make me SICK."

Albus Dumbledore:
"It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live, remember that." Sorcerer's Stone

"It is our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities." Chamber of Secrets

Snape strode forward, past Dumbledore, pulling up the left sleeve of his robes as he went. He stuck out his forearm and showed it to Fudge, who recoiled. "There," said Snape harshly. "There. The Dark Mark. It is not as clear as it was an hour ago, when it burned black, but you can still see it. Every Death Eater had the sign burned into him by the Dark Lord." Goblet of Fire

"That is just as well, Potter," said Snape coldly, "because you are neither special nor important, andit is not up to you to find out what the Dark Lord is saying to his Death Eaters."
"No--that's your job, isn't it?" Harry shot at him.
He had not meant to say it; it had burst out of him in temper. For a long moment they stared at each other, Harry convinced he had gone too far. But there was a curiious, almost satisfied expression on Snape's face when he answered.
"Yes, Potter," he said, his eyes glinting. "That is my job." Order of Phoenix

"Kill me then," panted Harry, who felt no fear at all, but only rage and contempt.
"Kill me like you killed him, you coward--"
"DON'T -" screamed Snape, and his face was suddenly demented, inhuman, as though he was in as much pain as the yelping, howling dog stuck in the burning house behind them - "CALL ME COWARD!" Half Blood Prince

There are too many. Too many that have emotional impact, too many that have that sound of truth beneath their words....just too many.
