I always imagined him looking like some dirty run-away. Shoulder-lenght, sticky hair, actually really skinny, worn-of like Lupin, some clothes not really good looking, long, sharp, filthy nails - just basically a nasty look! This looks way too clean for a werewolf who's been living without a home and a bath...
