Harry Potter Question

What is the effect of the curse used by Dumbledore against Voldemort in their duel in Order of the Phoenix?

Theories? Facts? Opinions? Just curious really.
This is the curse that Voldy mocked Dumbledore for, nor not using deadly force. What do you think?

Nor is meant to be for, my apologies. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about what the effect of that curse might be. All we know is that is not lethal. We can assume it is powerful, I think, because a. It's Dumbledore fighting Voldemort, here b. Harry feels it's power as it rushes by c. Voldy is forced to conjure a physical shield to block it, which is abnormal, and d. It's silver, which in my opinion seems to imply awesomeness. I hope this clarifies my question and explains my curiosity :)

I believe it was the same as Harry used in the graveyard in Goblet of Fire it probably wouldn't have done anything to him but Dumbledore was trying to protect Harry because he was the answer to everything concerning Voldemort which is later explained in Deathly Hallows. I'm not sure I answered the question but I tried :)
