Is it just me…?

Ok,is it just me,or in GoF when Harry tries to see Dumbledore after he finds Crouch by the Forbidden Forest,and he says that Sherbert Lemon was the password and has been since his 2nd year. But in CoS,McGonagall says Lemon Drop...?

There's another possible explanation : depending on the edition you read. Originally, JKR had written "Sherbet Lemon". But it was feared that this may not mean much to American readership. American editions replaced the UK expression by "Lemon Drop", more understandable by American readers. All in all, the password had not changed, only the editions.
