Well, Alan Rickman (Snape) and Robbie Coltran (Hagrid) have already been in action movies, so they're my first choices XP
Besides them (although I'm sure they're aren't the only ones, I'm just too lazy to go and look) Tom Felton (Draco), Bonnie Wright (Ginny), Rupert Grint (Ron), Daniel Radcliff (Harry) and Devon Murray (Seamus) would be awesome as action movie stars.
I think the actor who plays Reamus Lupin or Draco Malfoy.

The actor who plays Lupin (David Thewlis) was in The Boy and The Striped Pajama's as a German soldier and the father of the main character 8 year old Bruno. He was very good in it.
