I really don't like how different they made Freddy, Robert Englund always has and always will be Freddy Krueger. Hollywood basically killed the movie by casting someone else.

Also, i really dislike that they're using deaths from other movies and not just the first one. I'd be pissed if i were Wes Craven.

I love Robert as Freddy and i wish he was in the movie but i might see it it looks interesting but i really don't know i might just see it to see the differences so i couldn't really choose one of the picks

I loved how Robert played Freddy, but now, the movie is basically screwed x(

i unfortunately saw it and it was really horrible... no Robert Englund as freddy and he's the best there is.

It was a damn shame that Robert wasn't in it. Without him and the wonderful character he helped create, that peice of shit remake just wasn't worth the time.

This movie was great. Jackie Earle Haley nailed it. You have to look at it as a different movie. Don't try to compare Jackie to Robert Englund, because Robert is the better Freddy, but if you look at the new one by it's self, it's pretty good.
