For some reason I feel sad saying that I believe that Edward loves Bella more, since this is all suppose to be from Bella's Point of View Lol but I really truly believe that Edward loves her more.

^He turned to the Volturi when he believed she'd died, not when he thought she'd left him. Bit of a difference.

It is the love triangle which makes me think that he loves her slightly more, though. Or maybe he's just more expressive of it.
