so your saying that even tho he had no idea that this was a trap he still foresaw it? Because the way I see it is that he is trapped in the pandorica, therefore unable to get out in the first place, to use the time thingy and go back in time to give rory the screwdriver to let the doctor out. p.s i have watch the episode a number of times.

Amy's DNA is reconized by the Pandora as a Time Traveler, even though she is not one yet. The Pandora opens and the Doctor get's out. He get's the time manilpulator, travels back in time to change the order of events. Since time and space is collapsing, he does not create a parodox. In other words, the writer left it up to our imagination.

No problem, I thought that episodes had a lot of unanswered questions. I just use my own imagination to fill in the blanks. By the way, welcome to fanpop.
