Um.. Will it be possible if some of William Shakespeare's uh stories would ever be one of the Walt Disney Movies or not?

No, but in all seriousness, I think Disney could do a full-on Shakespeare adaptation and make it good. I don't know if they'd ever do it, though. Disney fans aren't exactly the target audience for Shakespeare.
