I was hesitating between this, Pocahontas refusing to let her father kill John Smith, Tarzan believing in himself, Hercules travelling far and wide to 'go the distance' and Mulan reaching the arrow.
All of these show that it doesnt matter who you are, you can still achieve things in life.
I also find "Pocahontas shows John Smith the beauty and value of nature" and "Mulan disguises herself as a solider and runs away during the night" VERY inspirational.
