Christianity Question

If God's name is Jehovah then how come nobody calls him that?

My grandmother is a Jehovah's witness but I'm a Christian. I'm confused how come no body calls him Jehovah?

I think God and Jesus must the main names to call him people might think. I guess some people are use to calling him those two names than they are with calling him by the other names. I call him God, Jesus, Christ, AND Jehovah.
