Cats Question

plz help, i dont know wat to do!!!

i have a dog (sirius) and a cat (sebrime). two months ago sebrime had a kitten and now sirius is chasing it!! he's taking it from the neck with his teeth and drag the poor kitten all over yard! i know he doens't want to hurt it, he's just playing (he's just one years old!).. but wat can i do? sirius doesn't listen to me and i can't put them apart all day! how can they get along for some time just so as the young one can actually defend himself? plz if u had the same problem and know wat to do answer and i'd be grateful!!

I'm sure your kitten might not really mind but if he looks annoyed then i always find that disturbing the dog with a snak helps :)

thank u for answering but now they look much better! i think they became kind of friends.. (honestly! i'm so happy that both made it alive!!!:D)

The onhing I can recommend is to keep them apart. If they are inside then perhaps get a pet room divider to keep the dog away from the kitten. Simply make sure they can't reach each other at all costs.
