Cats Question

lola's mating time

my cat lola is having that time where she is releasing harmones that atractt other cats. my cat thunder wants to "mount" her. so we locked thunder in a cage to keep him from mounting. he hates it. so im wondering if there is some kind of spray that can mask her fumes

'masking' the fumes will not stop your cat from being in heat. Take her to a vet or a local charity that should spay her.. goverments normally provide this cheaply to control populations. If you want kitten's adopt one from a shelter.

try spaying or nuetering your cat, youll never have to worry about lola and thunder going at it again. and if shes an outside cat, itll save you from homeless, hungry and possible dead kittens, just mating again and again

being inside increases a kittens chance of survival very little. if the kitten is stillborn outside, it will be inside too. most mother cats are great at hiding and caring for their kittens. they will be just as warm and hidden outside (i have barn cats so i know from experience) it would be different if cats had kittens in the winter. then they could freeze but in the spring and summer in most climates they will still be warm. colder areas might be an exception but cats are better at adaptating than humans and the kittens eill probably be used to the colder weather anyway. if a kitten.dies outside it probably would have inside too

its not really mean when you think about what it is going to be like when you have thousands apon thousands of cats with no home to go to. And end up dying 2 years into their life.

(sorry let me rephrase that) ---into their life, because they cant find food and or anything.

Of course you don't want them to have kittens, so i suggest you get the boy neutered. if you never want kittens, then spay Lola. It costs close to nothing. My cats are neutered, but they think that they aren't and they try to do things and it doesn't work!!!
