Does anyone else get really annoyed when you go on a book site and you look up reviews for a book you really want to read and it gets low stars just for the slow pace. Esp. If it's the first book in the series? and when you buy the book you don't think it's 'Slow' at all but necessary for the book to pick up later on. Posted over a year ago
colouredhazel commented…
I don't mean when a book 'Drags on' to me a 'slow pace' and a book that drags on are two different things. you know? with dragging on i think 'Why is this scene even here? the author should have taken this out' over a year ago

I'm wondering, who's your favorite character? From any book at all, big or small role, Animal, Robot, Human, Angel, Tribute, who?
Mine: Cole St. Clair, from Linger and Forever by Maggie Stiefvater, Wolf/Human (not exactly werewolf. They change into a full, complete wolf, not some dog,man Hybrid. After X number of changes, they stay a wolf), lead singer and pianist for band NARKOTIKA. Posted over a year ago
demideardarling commented…
Good question. Hmm. Probably Scarlett O'Hara from Gone With the Wind or Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter. Two totally different characters, right? But I like Scarlett because she was kind of rebelious for her time and even though I would probably hate her as a person she's a really interesting character to read about. And, well, I just love too much about Luna to put into words.<3 over a year ago
