Good Horror books?

If I can't watch movies (I blame my mom >:U) I'll read books!

Books about serial killers with mental problems are welcome. :D Ghosts, demons and religious horror (y'know, the kind of stories that involve a bunch of churches, priests, exorcism and usually also the god and the devil) books are also welcome.
