Fallen series
The Mortal Instruments series
Warriors series (cat versions)
The Maze Runner series
The Missing Children series
The Missing series
Hush, Hush series
Nineteen Minutes (one book)

Well I love The Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer. But you'd only enjoy it if you are into those types of books. Like more romantic and gushy. Hehe. :-)
Another series, and this I STRONGLY recommend because it appeals to just anyone who loves fantasy, is the Inkheart Series by Cornelia Funke. You seriously won't regret reading it.
And a novel I really love is, The Host, by Stephenie Meyer. It's real creepy and interesting.

Based on what you've listed, I'd recommend:

-Incarceron (fantasy, a boy and his friends fight to escape from a living and cruel hell-like prison which is really an entire world filled with filthy cells, dilapidated cities and metal forests, although legend says that only one man has ever escaped, while a girl, the daughter of the Warden of the Prison, living outside where Time is forbidden, tries to help him in return for his help in avoiding an arranged marriage)
-The Mortal Instruments (fantasy, very much like Harry Potter, a seemingly normal girl can see Shadowhunters and demons, putting herself in grave danger and sending her on a fantastical adventure)
-Neverwhere (fantasy, an average man pulled into a dark and magical underground world after he saves a girl, and he is thrust into an adventure to protect this girl and survive himself, hunted by a pair of ruthless monsters)
-Uglies (science fiction, future where life revolves around being turned Pretty at 16, where anybody normal is Ugly, and an Ugly girl is faced with an ultimatum: betray her best friend or lose everything she has, and she learns dark truths about her society)

Oh I know one! A Great and Terrible Beauty. It's about a girl in the 18th century who has an ability to go into an alternate world with beauty and magic but also grave danger. She goes to an all-girls school and her friends get pulled along on the adventure and she learns things about them and about her family. It's fantasy, sounds like something you might enjoy :)

I think you should read Divergent by Veronica Roth.

Heres a description:

In Beatrice Prior's dystopian Chicago, society is divided into five factions, each dedicated to the cultivation of a particular virtue—Candor (the honest), Abnegation (the selfless), Dauntless (the brave), Amity (the peaceful), and Erudite (the intelligent). On an appointed day of every year, all sixteen-year-olds must select the faction to which they will devote the rest of their lives. For Beatrice, the decision is between staying with her family and being who she really is—she can't have both. So she makes a choice that surprises everyone, including herself. During the highly competitive initiation that follows, Beatrice renames herself Tris and struggles to determine who her friends really are—and where, exactly, a romance with a sometimes fascinating, sometimes infuriating boy fits into the life she's chosen. But Tris also has a secret, one she's kept hidden from everyone because she's been warned it can mean death. And as she discovers a growing conflict that threatens to unravel her seemingly perfect society, she also learns that her secret might help her save those she loves . . . or it might destroy her. Debut author Veronica Roth bursts onto the literary scene with the first book in the Divergent series—dystopian thrillers filled with electrifying decisions, heartbreaking betrayals, stunning consequences, and unexpected romance.
