I'd say no.
Cause, I wouldn't want to be scarred for life with some obsession thing that I would probably get over with (no offense to anyone).

It's permanent so when/ if you got over it you'd regret getting the Tat and it would cost a hell of a lot of money to get it removed.

I dont agree on getting tattoos on your fav band or film or ur partners name cuz their there for life but u might not like that band or film in the next couple of yrs but thats just my opinion ^^
