You mean when she has black eyeshadow and eyeliner on her eyes? Well she probably has a stylist or something that does her eye makeup. But you can just get some real dark eyeshadow, and put that on real dark. Then put the eyeliner on. To me, it's real simple. ;)

im not positive but try starting in with the bottom (eyeliner) and do it pretty dark, then do the top (eyeliner) pretty dark then take like a blue or a purple eyeshadow and do that lightly on the top and then really really lightly right under ur eye tell me if it works k?
