When is Avril's fourth album being released?

Omg every site I seem to go on there is a different release date :/, one site says it will be released winter of 2009, and on wikipedia apparently it will be released in early 2010, I just wanna know when the hell it's being released, it's kinda annoying me :(

Avril wants new songs that have no trace of him writing them. But on her website it says that they are still friends and are moving forward on a positive note?
