Advice Question

My home problems are causeing me to become sleep less and self harm what do I do?

About over a year ago my perents devorced and my mom got a new boyfriend but all he does is stress me out constantly and I once told my mom I didn't like him and I asked to move in with my dad but she woulndt let me but it has bieng verry resently that I have being laking sleep qiuet a lot and I have startid self harming becuse he stressis me out that much but I'm worrid that I will lose some of my good friends becuse of this as well becuse it causes me to get angrey quit a lot and a few days ago my friends were takeing the mick like they offen do and I got angrey and throgh my scooter at them thank god that it missed them but I usely don't get that angrey.I really don't know what to do can someone please help me

Ok my rents split up 6 years ago and she met her bf 5 years ago and we movd to the UK to AUS.I was angry allot when we moved away cause my dad was in the UK and I couldn't see him and he never gave me mony like he should. I was also like this s home to my mum and she took me to the doctors and they said to take me to a cicolest witch help with anger, stress, craziness or problems they help you and now I get along with my mums bf, have my own bf, have lots of freinds both sexes, get along with family and school! :) and self harming try to not try distracting or just when you feel like harming try and think no stop this is bad! I know how this feels! :)

If your mom doesn't understand, try your dad, aunt, uncle, school counselor... Whatever they do, remember it's to try to help you. Try to distract yourself with music, sports... Whenever you want to self-harm, draw a butterfly on your wrist or arm and name it after someone who is close to you or wants you to stop or even name it after me. Don't wash it off, let it fade. Hopefully, that will help. Apologize to your friends that you threw a scooter at. If you start to get angry, just walk away and take deep breaths. The most important thing you need to do is tell someone about this, okay? Good luck.
